ACCOMMODATIONS:

The 2019 Annual SIMD meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bellevue, WA, 900 Bellevue Way, Bellevue, WA, 98004. The Hyatt is surrounded by world class shopping, dining and entertainment and is only 9 miles from downtown Seattle. It is close to an abundance of outdoor recreation and cultural attractions.

Method of Reservations:

The nightly rate for single and/or double occupancy is $195, triple occupancy $220 and quadruple occupancy $245 not including taxes. This rate is offered, based on availability, 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting You can make your hotel reservation by either calling the reservation desk at 1-800-233-1234 or click here to book a room reservation. (You will need to call the reservation desk to reserve your room if you are arriving before April 6th or staying longer).
The housing deadline is March 15, 2019. After that date room availability cannot be guaranteed.
