SIMD 2022- Accomodations

VENUE AND ACCOMMODATIONS:


The 2023 SIMD annual meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City in downtown Salt Lake City. The address is 170 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. The hotel offers 700 modern rooms and suites, an array of dining options and a rooftop terrace with an outdoor pool and cabanas. Salt Lake City International Airport is a Delta Airlines hub with more than 900 flights daily and only 13 minutes from downtown.

The nightly rate for a single/double is $269 plus tax. For a triple/quad the rate is $289 plus tax. We also offer a limited number of per diem rate rooms. Arrangements need to be made through Leslie Lublink if you require this room type. These rates are offered 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting. The check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.

NOTE:  If you are attending the ACMG meeting before the SIMD meeting you must make a hotel reservation using their reservation link otherwise you will get an error message that there are no rooms available for the SIMD meeting which is not true.  Rooms in the SIMD block start on 3/17/2023 - 3/22/2023.  We will work with the Hyatt to ensure you will not have to change rooms.


The housing deadline is February 23, 2023. After that date, the nightly rate will increase and room availability cannot be guaranteed.
