ACMG/SIMD SHARED SESSION:
The ACMG/SIMD joint session will be held at the Salt Palace Convention Center on March 18th starting at 11:00am.
Note: the Hyatt Regency SLC is adjacent and directly connected to the Salt Palace Convention Center.

REQUIRED PROOF OF VACCINATION TO ATTEND ACMG MEETING AND ACMG/SIMD JOINT SESSION
The 2023 ACMG Annual Clinical Genetics Meeting is being planned as an in-person event with no synchronous digital component. In an effort to protect the health of ACMG meeting participants - ACMG staff, convention vendors and facility staff, and all meeting attendees will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This policy applies to everyone attending the ACMG/SIMD joint session on March 18^th.   Attendees will be required to show their proof of Covid vaccination when checking in to the meeting. Those unable to provide valid proof of vaccination will not be allowed into the Salt Palace Convention Center.

You will need your SIMD name badge in order to get into the joint session, so be sure you pick up your registration packet at the SIMD Registration Desk at the Hyatt Regency SLC before the joint session. The registration booth at the Hyatt Regency SLC will be open from 4:00-7:00 PM on Friday, March 17th and starting at 8:00 AM on Saturday, March 18th. (If you are already attending the ACMG annual meeting, this session is included and you will be able to get in with your ACMG badge). You can find the SIMD registration booth on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency SLC outside the Salt Lake Ballrooms.

ACMG SPECIAL DISCOUNTED TWO DAY REGISTRATION RATE FOR SIMD ATTENDEES:
A special registration fee of $300 is available to SIMD attendees to attend ACMG sessions, posters and exhibits on Friday, March 17th and ACMG morning concurrent sessions on Saturday, March 18th. This rate is for attendees that are not registering in full for the ACMG annual meeting but will be attending the SIMD meeting. Register for this special rate at www.acmgmeeting.net/registration.
